more than 400 feet down a steep hillside off Highway 216 near Grass
Valley. KTVZ reports the wreck was discovered early yesterday
apparently happened overnight. Sherman County deputies recovered

SPRINGFIELD, Ore. (AP) – Gov. John Kitzhaber makes a
back-to-school speech today as he continues his push to sell his

Springfield to advance the agenda he’s been pushing since he took
office in January. He believes Oregon focuses too much on funding
for K-12 schools and not enough on ensuring students are well
educated.
