PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) – An autopsy today may confirm a body found
in a Jeep in Oregon is a missing Washington man whose wife was
killed in what an investigator calls a “vicious, vile reign of
terror” by the man’s son and the son’s girlfriend. The Jeep
belonged to Red Pedersen, who’s been missing since last month when
his wife was found stabbed to death in their Everett home. David
Pederson and his girlfriend Holly Grigsby were arrested in
California and are being investigated in the slaying, and in the
death of a 19-year-old man near Corvallis.

OREGON CITY, Ore. (AP) – Searchers are out again today in hopes
of finding a Portland woman missing in Mount Hood National Forest.
The Clackamas County sheriff’s office says crews are going out
again to look for 47-year-old woman Lidiya Russu, who was reported
missing Friday. Her car was found Saturday off a Forest Service
road near High Rocks lookout.

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) – Police say the driver of a stolen car is
dead after a high-speed crash early this morning in Portland. A
patrol officer who saw the car speed past him was turning around
when it crashed into two parked cars and landed in a yard. The
driver died at the scene. The car had been stolen last night.

SALEM, Ore. (AP) – Anti-corporate demonstrators plan a march and
rally today at the Capitol. Occupy Salem organizers say they’ll
then set up camp at Willson Park for an indefinite stay. Occupy
