Viking Volleyball maintained their lead atop the Far West League standings with a three game win over Sutherlin on the road last night, 25-10; 25-21; and 25-16. Katie Catalfamo led the stats with a dozen kills. Adrianna Roberts added four kills.

Siuslaw Volleyball standout Katie Catalfamo is Coast Radio Sports Athlete of the Week. The senior outside hitter continues to lead the league leading Vikings statistically, averaging more than 9-kills per game in the last three contests.
Honorable mention goes to Siuslaw placekicker Henrique Sotello who was a perfect six-for-six in point after tries in Friday night’s victory over the Douglas Trojans.
