SALEM, Ore. (AP) – A massage therapist accused of inappropriate touching was back in Marion County Circuit Court yesterday facing additional charges. The Statesman Journal reports six more people have accused 23-year-old Bryce Cioffi, since he was first accused earlier this month.
CORVALLIS, Ore. (AP) – Two panty thefts have been reported in the past month in Corvallis. The Corvallis Gazette-Times reports police can’t say yet whether the same person is responsible. One woman reported that her home was broken in to last week and nothing was missing except three or four panties from a bedroom dresser. In January, another woman reported someone swiped six pair of underwear from a dryer in her apartment complex laundry room.
PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) – Residents of northeast Portland held a neighborhood meeting last night to help catch a flasher. The man has been exposing himself since October and was most recently seen last Thursday near Beaumont School. KGW reports people at the meeting worry his behavior could escalate.
MEDFORD, Ore. (AP) – Medford police are looking for a 15-year-old girl who failed to return home yesterday afternoon from South Medford High School. Police have contacted friends and family members but no one has seen Kathileen Morales. Her parents say she is developmentally disabled with the mental capacity of a 12-year-old.
