She resigned in April after a review of financial records.

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) – A grand jury has indicted a 23-year-old man in last November’s fatal shooting of a man outside a Portland nightclub. The Oregonian reports that the indictment charges Xavier Bolden for the death of Durieul Harris outside the Fontaine Bleau Nightclub after a fight broke out. Bolden is accused of killing Harris and then attempting to kill three other people. Bolden is sought on an arrest warrant.

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) – Some people in southeast Portland are waking up to find their car windows smashed. Police said the first reports came in around midnight and officers found several cars with broken windows parked on neighborhood streets. KOIN reports a possible suspect is a young man riding a bike who may have had a baseball bat.

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) – Oregon says nine unlicensed medical marijuana dispensaries have been ordered to close since the state launched its dispensary program last March. The Oregon Health Authority says that in some cases, the dispensary operators had already been told they wouldn’t be licensed because they were within 1,000 feet of a registered dispensary or a school. In others, they did not apply for a license.
