SAMMAMISH, Wash. (AP) – The FBI says it’s found an underground bunker east of Seattle that’s believed to have been used by a bank robber who spent nearly five years on the run before his arrest last summer. The bunker has a cot, plastic bags and shelves with bottles. Bradley Robinett fled in 2009 instead of reporting to a Seattle halfway house after serving time for bank robbery. He was arrested in June in Hillsboro.

TUALATIN, Ore. (AP) – A judge is hearing testimony regarding damages in the case of two Oregon bakers who refused to bake a wedding cake for a lesbian couple in 2013. Lawyers for both sides began making their cases yesterday during the first day of a hearing that may extend into tomorrow.

OREGON CITY, Ore. (AP) – A 53-year-old Oregon man who sexually abused two young sisters has been sentenced to 75 years in prison. The Oregonian reports that a Clackamas County Circuit Judge sentenced Robin Farris on Monday. Prosecutors say Farris began molesting the daughters of a friend in 2005 when they were 6 and 3.

MEDFORD, Ore. (AP) – The city of Medford may set rules to keep the odors in and the thieves out once home-grown pot becomes legal in Oregon on July 1. The city is considering an ordinance requiring marijuana gardeners to prevent odors from wafting into the neighborhood. The fine could be up to $250 a day.
