It will focus on Portland artists and films about the city and the state of Oregon.

HOOD RIVER, Ore. (AP) – Deputies tracking a trail of bloody snow in Hood River County discovered the body of a woman. The Sheriff says the victim, 48-year-old Wendy Hildreth of Hood River, was found at a recreational area used by hikers, runners, mountain bikers and ATV riders.
