Interim Principal Announced

Siuslaw High School named Garth Gerot as the interim principal for the school.  School Superintendent Andy Grzeskowiak made the announcement today.  Gerot has been the assistant principal for the past 3 years at Siuslaw High School.  Grzeskowiak believes that Gerot will help smoothly transition the school through the current issues surrounding the forced closing due to the coronavirus and the moving to new leadership at the school.  Previously Gerot served as an administrator for the Willamette Leadership Academy for 4 years and was a classroom teacher for grades 6-12 for the 10 years prior.  Grzeskowiak says the search for an assistant principal for the high school will begin soon.
