Vikings Hire Volleyball Coach
The Siuslaw Vikings have announced that they have hired a coach to head the volleyball program at Siuslaw High School. Kari Blake has been working with the squad for three years and has coached club volleyball. Siuslaw High School Athletic Director, Chris Johnson says Blake will bring continuity to the program moving forward.

The Eugene Emeralds remain 5 games back of the Everett Aquasox as the Hillsboro Hops, for the second night in a row, defeated the Ems 10-6. the Ems Sean Roby hit his 13th home run of the season and Armani Smith hit his 6th.
