Two Vikings Commit to SOU
Siuslaw seniors Henry Rankin and Avery Hart are headed to Southern Oregon University. Last night the two committed to play football for the Raiders by signing with the school at a ceremony at Siuslaw High School.
Pac-12 Tournament
Today is the beginning of the Pac-12 baseball tournament. The Oregon Ducks and the Oregon State Beavers will take the field. The Ducks will play first from Scottsdale Arizona with a 9 am first pitch against the Arizona Wildcats, a team that they defeated over the weekend sweeping the cats in three straight games.
The Oregon State Beavers will face the Washington Huskies whom they swept in April. Since that meeting the Huskies are 14-3 with an with a 12 game win streak. That game will be broadcast on KCFM beginning at 4:15 this afternoon.
The Pac-12 tournament is a double elimination tournament that will play out through Sunday.
