Ems Hit Bottom
The Tri-City Dust Devils were determined no to end their season at the bottom of the pile. To do that they still have to win a lion’s share of their remaining games, but over the weekend they inched up while putting the Eugene Emeralds on the bottom. Last night in Pasco the Ems fell for the 4th straight game 4-1. The Ems managed 4 hits on the night but couldn’t muster enough to cross more than one across home plate. The Ems are now 1 game behind the Dust Devils and 11 games out of first place. They face the Everett Aqua Sox beginning tomorrow.
