Tonight’s Harrisburg Siuslaw battle on the hardwood will begin its broadcast with the girls game.  Pregame for the contests will begin at 5:45 with a 6pm tipoff.  Viking boys Coach Dylan Perry says Harrisburg will be a good contest for the boys.

The Viking boys are 8-4 to start the season the eagles are 7-6.

Wrestling

Viking wrestlers take the weekend off and are getting prepared to host the Nick Lutz Invitational tournament on Saturday January 18th.

College Basketball

The Oregon Ducks battled the Ohio State Buckeyes last night. Ohio State took a small lead early, but the Ducks stayed within reach all night as the lead went back and forth, but in the end the Duck pulled out the close win 73-71. Jackson Shelstad led the Ducks with 24, Nate Bittle added 21. The Ducks will stay in the eastern part of the country to face Penn State on Sunday with a 12:30 pregame.

Oregon State and Santa Clara gave the fans a run for their money that included a 21 point overtime period.  Santa Clara bested the Beavers by on with an 82-81 victory. Oregon faces Pacific tomorrow with a pregame on KCFM at 6:30.
