Tonight the Siuslaw Viking will begin league play in football. They will host South Umpqua. The Vikings are coming off a one-sided win over LaPine. Looking to tonight’s matchup, Coach Sam Johnson reiterated that the bond of love and respect is what makes the team successful, but it also comes down to playing the game.
“we’ve got to run the ball. We have to establish a run game. Rico has to make the right reads throwing the ball and the receivers have to catch and the offensive line has to be phenomenal.”
