Beavers Lose Bid for WCC Championship
Oregon State’s run in the West Coast Conference Tournament ended Monday night with a 65-56 loss to No. 12 Gonzaga in the semifinal round of the Credit Union 1 WCC Championship. Jorge Diaz Graham led the Beavers with 15 points, 9 rebounds, and 4 blocks. Noah Amenhauser added 11 points off the bench, while Josiah Lake II finished with 8 points and 4 assists. Graham Ike led Gonzaga with 24 points as the Bulldogs shot 47 percent from the floor. Oregon State shot 34 percent. The Beavers fall to 17-16 on the season, while Gonzaga improves to 29-3.
Lady Beavers Find Success
The Oregon State Beaver ladies defeated Loyola Marymount last night to finish off their championship run in the WCC. OSU will go into March Madness seeded 4th in the tournament.
