SEATTLE (AP) — For the seventh time in five years, the Panthers and Seahawks will meet on Sunday night each with a different sense of urgency heading into the final month of the regular season. Seattle reverted to its inconsistent form of earlier this season in a loss last week to Tampa Bay that now leaves the Seahawks, while still in complete control of the NFC West, with no room for error in trying to hold off others in the NFC for the Number 2 seed and a coveted first-round bye in the playoffs.

SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) —Josh Perkins and Silas Melson had 15 points apiece as Number 8 Gonzaga remained undefeated and kept Mississippi Valley State winless with a 97-63 victory Thursday night. Two 3-pointers by Williams-Goss and six points from Jordan Mathews helped the Bulldogs go up five just 4 minutes into the first half in Spokane.

STARKVILLE, Miss. (AP) — Quinndary Weatherspoon scored 21 points and Mississippi State used a big first half to beat Oregon State 74-57 Thursday night. Stephen Thompson Junior scored 20 points for Oregon State, Jaquori McLaughlin had 12 and Cheikh N’Diaye added 10.

PHOENIX (AP) —Chantel Osahor hit four 3-pointers and had her seventh consecutive double-double, Kelsey Plum scored 28 points with eight assists and Number 13 Washington cruised to a 101-66 win over Grand Canyon Thursday night. Osahor had a career-high 25 points, on 9-of-10 shooting, with 14 rebounds and six assists in Phoenix.
