Far West League showdown for the boys
The North Bend Bulldogs will be in Florence for Far West League basketball this evening against the Siuslaw Vikings. For the boys, the Bulldogs have clinched the league title, but the Vikings could clinch an outright second place and a home play-in game next week with an upset victory. A loss doesn’t eliminate Siuslaw from that possibility, but they would need help. The Douglas Trojans would have to beat Marshfield. If Siuslaw loses and the Pirates win, the Vikings will be third place and go on the road next week.
The pregame show on KCST is at 5:45… the girls tipoff at six, the boys immediately following.
