Osbon Toss-6th Best in School History
Sophomore Track and Field standout Andrea Osbon’s toss in the shot put this past weekend set a personal record for her and was good enough to be in the school history books according to coach Chris Johnson. Osbon’s throw of 38 feet 3.5 inches is 6th best in Siuslaw history.
Tomorrow on the Sports Schedule:
On the Skyem League schedule tomorrow afternoon it’s Siuslaw taking on the Lions in Cottage Grove. The Girl’s Softball double header begins at 3 o’clock. The Siuslaw Boys will take on the Lions in double header baseball at 3 o’clock, pregame on KCST is at 2:45.
Prep Track and Field tomorrow has the Vikings in Cottage Grove for the Wally Ciochetti Invitational Meet. Mapleton will be in Toledo for the annual Twilight Meet.
Colligate baseball tomorrow has Oregon State on the diamond at Coleman Field in Corvallis for the first of three games against Oklahoma State. In Tucson the Ducks will take on the Wild Cats of Arizona for the first of three games. Both series runs through Sunday.
