Duck Opening Baseball Games Cancelled
The Oregon Ducks were scheduled to take the field tomorrow for some preseason baseball, but the games against Omaha have been cancelled due to COVID-19 protocols. Oregon also had to cancel volleyball matches in Salt Lake City.
On the Courts:
The Oregon Duck men will be on the court tonight at Matthew Knight arena to host the Buffaloes of Colorado. The game will be broadcast on KCST beginning at 7:30 with an 8pm tip off.
The Oregon State Beavers are also at home this evening with a slightly earlier game. The Beavers will host Utah at Gill coliseum beginning at 5:00 pm on KCFM.
Beavers Gifted 50 Million
Oregon State University has learned that an anonymous donor has given them 50 million dollars to begin a transformation at Reser Stadium. The university wants to turn the stadium into a year round facility that will cost an estimated 153 million dollars. final plans for the project will ready in May for consideration by the Board of Trustees.
