COVID-19 Affecting Schedules

More basketball games are being postponed.  While the Oregon State Beavers will be on the court this evening against Utah games involving the OSU women against Colorado and Utah this weekend have been postponed.  The Oregon Ducks game against Utah will also go on as scheduled for New Year’s day, but the Duck Women’s games for Friday and Sunday against Utah and Colorado have been postponed.  The beaver/ute game this evening will have a pregame start time on KCFM of 5:30

Oklahoma Holds Off Duck Surge

The Oregon Ducks trailed the entire game last night against Oklahoma in the Alamo Bowl.  Duck QB Anthony Brown was 27 for 40 with 306 yards and threw 3 touchdowns in the 47-32 loss.  Running back Travis Dye rushed the ball 18 times for 154 yards and one touchdown.  Dye also had 5 receptions for 28 yards.

Viking vs. South Umpqua

The Siuslaw Viking will be on the Court in Newport this afternoon to face South Umpqua at 2 pm.  The Viking girls take on Newport at 3:30.

Sailors Host Siletz Valley

The Mapleton Sailors play Siletz Valley this evening at home beginning at 5:30 with the Sailor girls game to follow.
