Viking Wrestling-State Championships
The Siuslaw Girls Championship Wrestling event will be tomorrow. Two Viking ladies will be participating. Senior Hayden Muller will be wrestling at 135 pounds and Freshman Macali Lade will be wrestling at the 110 mark. Lade will meet freshman Zoey Beam from Grant Union in the first round match and Muller will receive a first round bye and will face either Jezerel Ortiz from St. Helens or Esmeralda Tapia-Bravo from Willamina/Falls City.
Viking Boys Wrestling will have their championship run on Saturday from Turner High School. Mason Buss (160) will face Zach Humphrey from Hidden Valley, Yoskar De la Mora (126) will face Baird Hagerty from Tillamook. Joel Sissel (170) will face Marcelo Camargo from Phoenix and Cort Waggoner (220) will face Mishael Mauck from Banks.
College Hoops
The Oregon Ducks will face UCLA tomorro night from Matthew Knight Arena. The game will be broadcast on KCST beginning at 6 pm
The Oregon State Beavers will host the USC Trojans tomorrow beginning at 7:30 on KCFM
