Viking Soccer
It was a tough battle for the Siuslaw Viking Boys Soccer team. The Vikings traveled to Adair Village north of Corvallis to face Santiam Christian. The Eagles and Vikings were scoreless though the first half. Derrick Vanduch had 10 saves in the half. The Eagles held the Viks scoreless while managing 2 goals on a tough Siuslaw defense in the second half. Coach Londi Tomaro says the team recognizes the things it needs to work on, but their hard work and determination is stellar. Final 2-0
