The Eugene Emeralds redeemed themselves over the holiday weekend. On Thursday the Emeralds returned to PK Park to complete the 6 Game series. The Ems lost game one at home but got back a rhythm on Friday to take a 2-1 victory. On Saturday the Ems were scoreless through 6 innings and were down 1-0. A pair of hits drove in two runs for the Ems to take a 2-1 lead. The Hops would come back to tie it up in the top of the 8th. in the bottom of the inning the Ems would get a couple of hits to drive in two more runs to take a 4-2 lead and the victory. The Ems resume play tomorrow at home against Vancouver.
