Bazzana Reaction To Draft
Travis Bazzana said words cannot express the emotion of the moment when he heard his name as the top draft pick in Sunday’s MLB Draft. He said in the moment it was like an explosion all around him as family and friends jumped to their feet when his name was called.
“it’s just one of those moments that’s like, its such a crazy moment that can’t really put it in words because it would kind of understate it, I don’t know it was amazing.”
Bazzana was selected by the Cleveland Guardians. He was the ninth Beaver all time to be selected by Cleveland. The last beaver selected was Steve Kwan in 2018.
