The Eugene Emeralds were able to turn the tides on the Spokane Indians last night at PK Park. The Ems held the Indians to just one run on 8 hits as they made up some ground on the league leaders. The Ems started off the scoring with a home run shot from third baseman Charlie Szykowny. They added two more in the bottom of the 5th to take the lead and hold it. The Ems hope to finish off the home series with 4 games left and play resumes this evening at 6:30.
