A walk-off RBI single capped a two-run bottom of the ninth rally and lifted the Boise Hawks to a 5-4 Northwest League Victory last night over the Eugene Emeralds. That evened the five game series in Boise at one game apiece. Eugene is now one-and-one in an extended 14-game road trip that won’t see them back at PK Park until July 4th.
The five game series between with the Hawks runs through Sunday afternoon.
The Three Rivers Sandblasters are on the diamond tomorrow afternoon for two games against Salem’s Withnell Dodgers. Game one is set for two pm.
