The 34-year-old was taken to a hospital under guard for treatment of her injuries. Police say her pickup truck collided with a van early yesterday in Medford. Four men were ejected from the van as it overturned. One died.
SALEM, Ore. (AP) – Oregon death row inmate Gary Haugen is due in court today in Salem for a hearing on his request to invalidate a reprieve that has spared his life. The civil lawsuit in Marion County Circuit Court challenges the reprieve granted in November by Gov. John Kitzhaber.
PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) – You don’t just grab money out of the till at one Burgerville outlet in southeast Portland and race off. Police say Burgerville employees chased and caught a man who tried that.
