SALEM, Ore. (AP) – A police car was involved in a four-vehicle rear-end chain collision in Salem. Police say the officer was unable to stop for traffic that had come to a halt yesterday afternoon behind a stalled car. One of the drivers complained of pain but did not have to be taken to a hospital.
BEND, Ore. (AP) – Sheriff’s officers in central Oregon are looking for the owner of an emaciated horse found wandering south of Bend.
