Taking a look at Coast Radio Sports…

Siuslaw’s Alex Snow was named to the first All Far West Team on both sides of the ball this week… garnering honors as a linebacker and a running back.  Ryan Connor also earned a two-way ride on the first team as an offensive and defensive lineman.  Four other Vikings picked up first team honors on offense… Josh Iabichello as punter; Jacob Egan at tight end; Daniel Loza in the center spot and wide receiver Samuel Johnson.  Jake Thompson was named 2nd team quarterback and Christian Jakobsen and Nick McKenzie were given honorable mention.

On defense Ryan Smith and Jake Thompson earned 1st team designations at defensive back and Cameron Matthew was tabbed on the defensive line.  Kody Stonelake made the list as a 2nd team line backer and Jeremiah Tupua picked up honorable mention on the line.

The Vikings will face #1 seed La Salle Friday night in Milwaukie to open the OSAA 4A playoffs.
