Oregon improves on the diamond; Oregon State and Portland rain out

Cal State Northridge took an early one run lead yesterday, but Number 15 Oregon battled back for an eventual 4-1 non-conference baseball victory in Eugene.  The Ducks will host number two ranked Vanderbilt for a three game series this weekend.

Oregon State and the University of Portland had a midweek non-conference game rained out in Portland.  No word on whether or not it will be rescheduled.  The number four ranked Beavers will host Texas State for three games this weekend.
