Concerns with the weather forecast have prompted cancellation of the annual Woahink Invitational Cross Country Meet scheduled for tomorrow (9/28) at Honeyman State Park. Siuslaw High School Athletic Director Steve Meyers said heavy rains in the forecast, combined with the possibility of winds up to 70 miles an hour by midday were the cause.
Viking Cross Country Coach Chris Johnson said it would not be rescheduled.
