SALEM, Ore. (AP) – Oregon state officials say liquor prices are not likely to change if the system is privatized. That money collected by the state of Oregon goes to cities, counties and the state general fund. Liquor sales are the third biggest revenue generator for Oregon.

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) – Four people were wounded, including two in critical condition, in a Saturday night shooting at a Portland strip club. The Oregonian reports shots were fire around 8:40 that night at Mystic, a club in southeast Portland. Portland police are still investigating. Another shooting at the same club in July 2012 left one man dead.

VANCOUVER, Wash. (AP) – A Clark County judge has given a partial victory to the Port of Vancouver in a lawsuit over a proposed oil terminal. The Columbian reports a Superior Court judge has dismissed a claim by three environmental groups. The decision means the lease -worth at least $45 million over 10 years – has been approved. The judge’s ruling could be appealed, but the environmental impact study can go forward.

RENO, Nev. (AP) – Two Nevada organizations have sued the federal government, alleging mismanagement of wild horses has led to excessive damage to rangelands and the animals themselves. The Elko Daily Free Press reports the groups argue the Bureau of Land Management should “destroy” horses that are deemed unadoptable. A BLM spokeswoman declined to comment on the suit.
