Siuslaw keeps pace with South Umpqua
Claire Waggoner had 19 points on serve as the Siuslaw Vikings easily beat Brookings-Harbor 25-10; 25-12; and 25-11 last night for a Far West Volleyball win. That win, coupled with South Umpqua’s four-set win over Douglas leaves the lady Vikings and the Lancers tied at 5-3 in second place. Marshfield is 8-and-oh after downing North Bend.

College football Saturday
Oregon heads into a Pac-12 football game tomorrow unranked for the first time in 98 games. They’ll host the Washington State Cougars at three. The pregame show on Coast Radio Sports is at 1:30.
