OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Russell Westbrook had 17 points, 16 assists and 10 rebounds in his 12th triple-double of the season, and Oklahoma City Thunder beat the Portland Trail Blazers 128-94 last night. Westbrook had the 31st triple-double of his career and matched Sacramento’s Rajon Rondo for the most assists without a turnover in a game this season. Damian Lillard scored 21 points for the Trail Blazers, who have lost five of seven.

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (AP) — Zack Greinke had his first rough inning of the spring yesterday in the Arizona Diamondbacks’ 8-3 victory over a Seattle Mariners split squad. Greinke gave up a home run to Kyle Seager and triples to Luis Sardinas and Seth Smith in a three-run third. Seattle starter Taijuan Walker gave up four runs on seven hits in 3 1-3 innings. He struck out three with no walks.

PEORIA, Ariz. (AP) — Felix Hernandez allowed three runs on six hits in 2 1/3 innings yesterday in his spring training debut, but the Seattle Mariners’ split squad fell to the Colorado Rockies 6-4. Hernandez was scheduled throw up to three innings, but lifted after Ryan Raburn’s two-run single in the top of the third with 50 pitches. The Mariners’ ace and six-time All-Star struck out five and walked one.

RENTON, Wash. (AP) — The Seattle Seahawks signed defensive tackle Sealver Siliga and tackle Bradley Sowell to one-year contracts yesterday. The two players are the first outside signings of the offseason for Seattle. They had re-signed defensive tackle Ahtyba Rubin, cornerback Jeremy Lane, wide receiver Jermaine Kearse and punter Jon Ryan since free agency began last week.
