Siuslaw baseball wraps up non-league play with a home loss
Viking baseball wrapped up the nonconference season last night at home with a 5-2 loss to Pleasant Hill. Scott Gordon started on the mound and was tagged for the loss.
Siuslaw will open the Far West season at home this afternoon with two games against the Marshfield Pirates. The first game is at three… both will air on Coast Radio Sports, 106.9 FM. The pregame show gets underway at 2:45.
Viking softball opens the Far West season on the road in Coos Bay with a pair of games against the Pirates at Marshfield High School.

Oregon opens a three game Pac-12 series today at home against 11th ranked Cal. Number seven Oregon State will host Central Arkansas today in Corvallis. Tomorrow the two teams meet in Hillsboro… then back to Goss Stadium in Corvallis on Sunday.
