Tuesday prep results
Prep baseball yesterday… the Douglas Trojans scored five runs in the first inning, eight more in the second frame, then never looked back, cruising to a 15-5 win yesterday in Winston. The Trojans will be in Florence for two games against the Vikings Friday afternoon.
In Florence, Nikki Lanius was two-for-three at the plate with a double and one RBI, but the Douglas Trojans came out on top 8-2 in a Far West League softball game. The two teams will meet again Friday in Winston.
College baseball this evening…
Oregon is at the University of Portland for a non-league game at six.
