Vikings Sweep in Junction City
The Viking Volley ball team was in Junction city for tournament play. The first match against Junction City the Viks took the first two games 25-17 25-18 and dropped the third 27-29 and came back in the fourth for a 25-18 victory. In their second match up they took on Philomath with three straight wins, 25-22 25-20 25-20.
Mapleton 8 Man Plays Tough
Mapleton 8 man football was in Amity to meet Perrydale. There was a lot of offense on both sides, but Mapleton succumbed to Perrydale 52-42.
