The Eugene Emeralds begin their playoff run this evening at PK Park. The Emeralds 18 and 20 on the season meet the visiting Hillsboro hops for a best of three series with the first pitch at 7:05.
Ducks Invade Middle School
The Oregon Ducks are practicing today in Florence. The University reported yesterday that due to heavy smoke and unhealthy air quality in Eugene, the Ducks would be practicing at Siuslaw Middle School. The practice is not open to the public or the media.
Prep Volleyball
Prep Volleyball pits the Siuslaw Lady Viks against the Falcons this afternoon in non league play. Games get underway at 6:30 in Elmira….In Mountain West League play the Sailor Girls are in Blue River to take on the McKenzie Eagles in volleyball play at 6 o’clock.
