New QB For Saturday’s Game
The Ducks practiced their 11 on 11 two minute drills yesterday and with Freshman Quarterback, Braxton Burmeister behind the center they started sluggish. Burmeister is slated to start this Saturday’s game against Washington State. By the end of practice his passes were sharper and more on the money as he began to settle into his role. Coach Willie Taggart says that Burmeister has been competitive since he started training camp this summer and believes in his choice for the game this Saturday.
