Sailors Lose Play-off Bid
The Mapleton Sailors fell to the Lowell Devils in Friday nights League Play-Off Game. The Sailors had home field advantage but couldn’t power past the offense of the Devils. Final Score was 66-32
Ducks Over Utes
In College, the Ducks got back on track as they were able to keep the Utah Utes at bay Saturday evening at Autzen Stadium. Just into the first quarter freshman quarterback Braxton Burmeister connected on a 5 yard touchdown pass with sophomore tight end Cam McCormick. Royce Freeman also had a great game with 20 carries for 139 yards. The Ducks led the entire game with a 41-20 win.
