Beavers Rally to Beat Razorbacks
A ninth inning rally by the Oregon State Beavers ensured a game 3 for the College World Series. The Beavers used up 4 pitchers in the win with Kevin Abel getting the “W”. Cadyn Grenier got a two out RBI single to tie the game in the ninth and it was followed by a Trevor Larnach two run shot to put the beavs up 5-3. A Jake Mulholland strike out and a double play ended it for the Razorbacks in the bottom of the ninth. Game three of the College World Series is at 3:30 pm with a 3 oclock pregame on KCFM.
Emeralds on 4 Game Slide
The Eugene Emeralds continue their slide with a 9-4 loss last night to the Salem Kaiser Volcanoes. The volcanoes were up 5-2 in the 7th when they put up 4 more runs to ice the Ems. And RBI in the 8th and one in the 9th were not enough for the emeralds. Game 3 of the series continues this evening at 6:30 in Salem.
