Ems Suffer Another Loss
After an 11-2 beat down of the Tri-City Dust Devils on Sunday evening the Dust Devils returned the favor on their hosts the Eugene Emeralds. The dust Devils bats exploded with 20 hits last night at PK Park and that turned into 13 runs for Tri-City including a pair of homers. The Ems were unable to score on the evening and Dust Devil pitching recorded 7 strikeouts and allowed only 6 hits on the night. It was Eugene’s last home stand for the season. The Ems are off tonight and head to Salem tomorrow for a 3 game series against the Volcanoes.
