Ford Peanut Butter Drive

With only two days left Johnston Motor Company is collecting location donations in the Ford Peanut Butter Drive.  A quick survey of the donated jars of peanut butter that have been brought into the Florence Ford Dealer’s showroom count  well over two hundred pounds as of Wednesday.  The Florence area Ford Peanut Butter Drive efforts have consistently raised close to or more than four hundred pounds in the protein and healthy Omega six rich food staple in each of the last four years.  Western Lane County residents have through May 31^st to donate their jars of peanut butter at Johnston Motor Company.  One hundred percent of the donations will supplement the Florence Food Share pantry’s shelves during the summer months when peanut butter demand is higher than normal.
