Ems Shutout
Last night in Hillsboro, the Hops shut out the visiting Eugene Emeralds allowing only 3 hits on the night for the Ems. The Hops pitchers combined for 14 strike-outs and only one base on balls. Ems starter, Eduarniel Nunez only lasted two-thirds of the first inning allowing two runs on four hits. The Hops combined for 9 hits on the night and scored 4 runs against the Ems for a 4-0 win.
