AP Rankings Despite Cancellation

Even though the 2020/21 season was cancelled, the Associated Press is still issuing its preseason football poll.  The top 25 list releases has the University of Oregon listed in the top ten.  Coach Mario Cristobal had recently touted the strength of the freshman recruiting class as one of the best groups of top athletes available from  list of national prospects.  However the Ducks had their sites set on the #3 offensive guard, Jager Burton, but Burton announced over the weekend that he will be committing to Kentucky.  According to reports the Ducks still have their hopes of getting a commitment from two all Americans.  Kingsley Suamataia from Orem Utah and  Bryce Foster from Katy Texas.
