Pac-12 to Set Schedule
The presidents of the Pac-12 conference schools plan to meet tomorrow to decide the scheduling for the upcoming season. The conference is looking at a 6 or 7 game season which could start as early as October 31st. if they decide on only 6 games the start of the season could be pushed back to November 7th with a Pac-12 title game planned on or about December 19th. the Pac-12 announced on August 11th that it would be postponing a fall football season, but changes in testing and the move by the Big Ten has renewed vigor for moving forward. Amid this decision the Fighting Irish of Notre Dame announced the postponement of its game against Wake Forest after several players tested positive for COVID-19. They currently have 13 players on the squad in isolation.
