The Oregon State Beavers overcame two double digit deficits to come back and tie their game against Stanford yesterday only to see the game get away a third time in the final minutes. The Cardinal built another 10 point lead in the final 2 minutes to overcome the Beavers 81-71 with 31 points from senior forward Oscar DeSilva. Beavers sophomore guard Jarod Lucas came off the bench to lead scorers with 22. The next 2 games for the Beavers have been cancelled, they are scheduled to take the court again on January 14, against the Arizona Wildcats.
The Oregon Ducks will be back on the court Thursday against the Colorado Buffaloes in Boulder with a 7:30 pregame on KCST.
