Ems Lead High-A West

The Eugene Emeralds continue to be a dominating force in the High-A west league.  The Emeralds capitalized on 12  hits last night against the Hillsboro Hops.  The Ems led 4-2 through 7 innings and added 4 more in the top of the 8^th to defeat the hops 8-2.  The Ems are 31 and 17 on the season so far and are a half game ahead of the Everett Aqua Sox who also reached 30 wins after last night’s 15-10 win over Vancouver.
