Ems Homer Past Indians
Three home runs and 7 additional hits helped the Eugene Emeralds to victory last night against the Spokane Indians at Avista Stadium. The Ems had 5 multi run innings on the night with 12 runs while holding Spokane to 4 runs on 10 hits. The Ems picked up a game on the league leading Aqua Sox as the Sox fell to Tri-City after giving up an 8-7 lead in the bottom of the 9th inning last night. The Ems continue their series against the Indians this evening at 6:05.
