Mapleton Volleyball
The Mapleton Sailors Volleyball team faced Mohawk last night. Mohawk won in 3 sets 25-9 25-9 and 25-5. Senior Brier Shird had 5 aces and 2 kills.
Vikings Over Marshfield
Viking volleyball was also on the court last night facing Marshfield. Coach Kari Blake said the team was on fire as they worked out the first two sets 25-10 and 25-12. Marshfield came back to take the third set 17-25, but the Vikings came back with a 25-17 set to finish off the Pirates. Hayden Muller had 32 digs and 41 perfect passes on the night while Meika Shappell had 28 perfect passes and 44 digs. Senior Zoe Alberty continues to play well for the Vikings as well as being a motivator for the team. The Viks are at home tonight against Elmira
Soccer
Viking soccer is on the field this evening they will host Junction City with JV beginning at 4:30 and Varsity to follow at 6:30
Special Night for Football
Viking football will be at home on Thursday night this week and will Face Pleasant Hill. It is the Viking’s final home game scheduled.
