Williams blows away competition
Yesterday was the opening day for the NCAA Outdoor Championships at Heyward Field in Eugene. the Oregon Ducks are hosting the event in the brand new facilities. Portland native Micah Williams blew away his competition in trials with a 10.03 100 meter run. Williams declined to comment on his performance. Competition will be completed on Saturday.
Super Regional Time Change
The Oregon State Beavers are preparing for their three game series against Auburn this Saturday. The time for the game has been moved up to 7pm with a now 6:30 pregame on KCFM. Tickets for the game go on sale today at 2 pm.
Hjerpe finalist for Golden Spike
After his save on Sunday, Cooper Hjerpe was named one of three finalists for the 2022 Golden Spikes award. Adly Rutschman was the last beaver to win the honor in 2019.
